1. Gift-with-purchase (GWP) redemption of Cutlery Holder Set, Raya Packet and/or RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 7 APR 2022, and ending at 9:30pm 15 MAY 2022. While stocks last.
2. Shoppers can redeem ONE (1) unit of Cutlery Holder Set with minimum purchase of RM600 (RM500 for Tack Club members) in a maximum combination of THREE (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The Cutlery Holder Set(s) are not given in accumulation of every RM600 or RM500 spent.
   • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM1,500 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) unit of Cutlery Holder Set, ONE (1) unit of Raya Packet and TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers only.
3. Tack Club members can redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
   • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 - Entitled to redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers and ONE (1) unit of Raya Packet only.
4. The RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 7 APR – 15 MAY 2022 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
5. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
6. Shoppers can redeem ONE (1) unit of Raya Packet with minimum purchase of RM150 (RM100 for Tack Club members) in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The Raya Packet(s) are not given in accumulation of every RM150 or RM100 spent.
   • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM190 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) unit of Raya Packet only.
   • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM350 - Entitled to redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers and ONE (1) unit of Raya Packet only.
7. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP(s) and/or e-voucher(s) via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP(s) and/or e-voucher(s) on behalf of others is not allowed.
8. Redemption of GWP(s) and/or e-voucher(s) are only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
9. Redeemed GWP(s) and/or e-voucher(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
10. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in GWP redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
11. Shoppers are required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied GWP and/or e-voucher redemption.
12. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for GWP and/or e-voucher redemption.
13. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for GWP and/or e-voucher redemption.
14. All purchase receipts are accepted for the GWP redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas (unless stated otherwise).
15. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the GWP(s) and/or e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged GWP(s) and/or e-voucher(s).
16. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
17. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
18. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.

1. Utilisation of RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers at participating outlets are valid daily from 7 APR – 15 MAY 2022 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier. Do refer to the participating outlets listing below for further clarification.
2. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
3. No minimum spend is required to utilise e-voucher(s) at participating outlets.
4. Only original e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment or checkout at participating outlets.
5. Utilisation of multiple e-voucher(s) in a single transaction is allowed and can be combined with other valid e-voucher(s) issued by IPC Shopping Centre in the same transaction in participating outlets.
   • Example: Customer can combine and use THREE (3) pieces of RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers to offset RM15 value off total receipt amount of RM50 in a single transaction at participating outlet, and pay the balance RM35 in full.
   • Example: Customer can combine and use TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers and ONE (1) piece of RM5 Birthday e-voucher to offset RM15 value off total receipt amount of RM80 in a single transaction at participating outlet, and pay the balance RM65 in full.
6. In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
7. In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction exceeds the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, any amount remaining will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
8. Each e-voucher can only be used once.
9. The e-voucher(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction at participating outlets only.
10. Any unused e-voucher(s) remaining in the IPC app after validity will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
11. Any receipts used for the e-voucher redemption cannot be combined or re-used with other promotions.
12. Application of IPC issued e-voucher(s) in conjunction with participating outlets’ ongoing promotion is subjected to approval by the outlet itself.
13. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
14. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).

PARTICIPATING OUTLETS (that accepts RM5 Jumpaverse e-vouchers):

1. Shoppers can redeem complimentary one (1) unit of IPC foldable recycle bag when they take selfies and fulfil the following conditions:
   • Take selfie(s) at any of our Raya setup in IPC Shopping Centre and share it on their Instagram (IG) story between 7 APR – 15 MAY 2022.
   • Include #Jumpaverse and tag our IG handle (@IPCShoppingCentre) on their IG story.
   • Show their IG story to our customer service officers at the i-Counter, Level G to redeem complimentary IPC foldable recycle bag.
2. Shoppers are required to complete all the conditions listed above and show their (selfie) photos to our customer service officers at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to meet all the required conditions and/or failure to present the required (selfie) photos may lead to unsuccessful or denied gift redemption.
3. The complimentary IPC foldable recycle bags can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 7 APR 2022, and ending at 9:30pm 15 MAY 2022. While stocks last.
4. Shoppers are limited to redeem the complimentary IPC foldable recycle bag only one (1) time throughout the campaign duration.
5. Redeemed gift(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
