FLAVOURS OF UNITY TACTICAL INITIATIVES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MERDEKA PROCLAMATION CHALLENGE

  1. Shoppers can earn a free Jom Chá soft serve with one topping (voucher) by completing the challenge of:
    • Shouting “Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka!” on 31 August 2024, between 11am – 2pm and 5pm – 8pm.
    • Shouting “I Love Malaysia! I Love Malaysia! I Love Malaysia!” on 16 September 2024, between 11am – 2pm and 5pm – 8pm.
  2. This challenge is available for the first 67 Tack Club members daily to complete and redeem at i-Counter, Level G, and limited to one (1) redemption per Tack Club member.
  3. Members must be physically present to complete the challenge and show proof of their valid Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the voucher. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
  4. Redeemed voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full and must be accepted as offered.
  5. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre is not allowed to participate in the challenge nor on behalf of customers.
  6. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the voucher; no replacement and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged voucher.
  7. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between Jom Chá and the voucher holder.
  8. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.

 

MERDEKA F&B DEALS

  1. Shoppers who order specific Merdeka F&B deals from following participating outlets: BananaBro, CRUMBS at Ben’s Independent Grocer, HWC Coffee, Noodle Shack, or Torii Teppanyaki in a single receipt are eligible to redeem 600 TackPoints by presenting the receipts for verification at i-Counter, Level G.
  2. TThe Tack Points are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members to a maximum two (2) times per day and must be collected for transactions made on the same day.
  3. Only one (1) person per receipt can collect the points, regardless of the group size.
  4. Members must be physically present and show proof of their valid Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the points.
  5. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the points collection nor to collect on behalf of customers.
  6. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.

 

IPC MERCHANDISE DISCOUNT

  1. Shoppers can purchase bundled IPC merchandise at the fixed price of RM67 and is valid starting from 10:00am on 19 August 2024, and ending at 9:30pm on 22 September 2024. While stocks last.
  2. The merchandise in the bundle sets are fixed and cannot be changed, exchanged or substituted:
