GREATEST FOODIE DEALS F&B VOUCHER REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The redemption of the Greatest Foodie Deals’ F&B vouchers can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 1 July 2024, and ending at 9:30pm on 18 August 2024. While stocks last.
- Shoppers can redeem only one (1) piece of any available F&B vouchers on display with a minimum purchase of RM20 in a single receipt at any outlets in IPC within the same day. The F&B vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM20 spent.
- Example: Total receipt amount is RM100 - Entitled to redeem one (1) piece of the chosen F&B voucher only.
- The redeemed F&B vouchers can only be used at the corresponding participating F&B outlets from 1 July to 18 August 2024 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
- Strictly no extension of the F&B vouchers’ expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
- Redemption of the F&B vouchers are only valid for transactions within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
- Shoppers must be physically present and present their receipts to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the F&B vouchers. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
- Redeemed F&B vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full and must be accepted as offered.
- Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the F&B voucher redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
- Shoppers may be required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchases and/or show the items purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proofs may lead to unsuccessful or denied redemption.
- Receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts to redeem the F&B vouchers; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the F&B voucher redemption.
- Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for redemption.
- Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for redemption.
- All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT handwritten receipts or receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift / cash / shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
- IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the F&B vouchers; no replacements and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged F&B vouchers.
- IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating F&B outlets and the voucher holders.
- Any misuse/tampering/forgery of the F&B vouchers may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
- IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
