GREATEST FOODIE DEALS F&B VOUCHER UTILISATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Shoppers can enjoy RM15 discount off their single transactions at participating F&B outlets daily from 1 July to 18 August 2024 with the Greatest Foodie Deals’ F&B vouchers. The vouchers are valid from 10am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm, or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  2. Strictly no extension of the F&B vouchers’ expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  3. No minimum spend is required to utilise F&B vouchers at participating F&B outlets.
  4. Only physical copies of the original F&B vouchers will be accepted and must be presented upon payment or checkout at participating F&B outlets for documentation purposes. No digital or photocopy version is allowed.
  5. Utilisation of multiple F&B vouchers in a single transaction within the same participating F&B outlet is allowed, provided that the number of curated set deals ordered corresponds to the number of F&B vouchers used.
    • Example: Shopper orders 2 curated set deals worth RM45 each for their family of 6 and pays only RM60, after deducting the total RM30 discount off their transaction, at the Noodle Shack outlet by presenting the 2 Noodle Shack F&B vouchers they have.
  6. The RM15 discount is applicable only to specially curated set deals and does not cover other items besides those included in the set deals. Shoppers are advised to clarify the details of the set deals with the staff of the respective F&B outlet before making a purchase.
  7. Each F&B voucher is valid for 1 curated set deal and can only be used once.
  8. The F&B vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction at participating F&B outlets only.
  9. Any unused F&B vouchers after validity will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  10. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the F&B vouchers; no replacements and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged F&B vouchers.
  11. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating F&B outlets and the voucher holders.
  12. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of F&B vouchers may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  13. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
