GREEN PARTNER PROGRAMME 2023/2024 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The ‘Green Partner Programme’ will run from 25 SEP 2023 – 31 AUG 2024, and shoppers can drop-off the accepted recyclables, in accordance to their corresponding recyclable categories, at participating outlets from 10am – 10pm daily at the following durations:

  2. Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +6017-804 7033 or email at [email protected] for further clarification on the accepted recyclable items which may not be listed on the above table.
  3. The recyclables must be cleaned, dried and free of contents or contamination prior to drop-off at participating outlets. Non-compliance may lead to unsuccessful or denied recyclable drop-off by the participating outlet staff and you are required to retrieve and dispose your recyclables responsibly.
  4. All dropped off recyclables cannot be removed, transferred or cancelled from the waste collection bin or compartment without prior consent from the participating outlet staff.
  5. In the event the participating outlets agrees (at its sole discretion) to award rewards to participants (shoppers), IPC Shopping Centre shall not be held liable in any way for the loss or damage to the rewards; no replacement and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged rewards.
  6. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in this programme nor to drop-off recyclables on behalf of customers.
  7. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
