Q: How will I know my badge is approved?
A: Your badge will be approved within 24 hours.

Q: Can I submit all (5) missions all at once for one badge in one day?
A: No. Each badge category is limited to only one (1) redemption per customer per day.
E.g: For Green Warrior, you can only submit one mission per day, using the submission of one drop off (more than 1kg) -
Q: I have done a submission, but why don’t I see my point credited to me within 24 hours?
A: Most likely your submission did not meet the criteria as stated in the given mission.
E.g: Photo submission - Snap yourself in front of the Ferris Wheel, but you only snap the Ferris wheel itself.
Receipt submission – receipt is not a purchase made in IPC, receipt submission date is not same as spending date.
