Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift-with-purchase (GWP) redemption of #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-vouchers can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 1 NOV 2021, and ending at 9:30pm on 21 NOV 2021. While stocks last.
  2. Tack Club members can redeem ONE (1) #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-voucher with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM500 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-voucher only.
  3. The #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 1 – 21 NOV 2021 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  4. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  5. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club membership to a Customer Service representative at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the e-voucher(s) via the IPC app. Redemption of e-voucher(s) on behalf of others is not allowed.
  6. Redemption of e-voucher(s) are only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  7. Redeemed e-voucher(s) are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
  8. Tenants and staffs of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in e-voucher redemption.
  9. Shoppers are required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service representative at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied e-voucher redemption.
  10. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Restaurant, Café, Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for e-voucher redemption.
  11. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for e-voucher redemption.
  12. All purchase receipts are accepted for the e-voucher redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, gift card or shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas (unless stated otherwise).
  13. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
  14. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  15. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  16. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.

  1. Utilisation of #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-voucher(s) at participating outlets is valid daily from 1 – 21 NOV 2021 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  2. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  3. No minimum spend is required to utilise e-voucher(s) at participating outlets.
  4. Only original e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment or checkout at participating outlets.
  5. Utilisation of multiple e-voucher(s) in a single transaction is allowed and can be combined with other valid e-voucher(s) issued by IPC Shopping Centre in the same transaction in participating outlets.
    • Example: Customer can combine and use THREE (3) pieces of #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-vouchers to offset RM45 value off total receipt amount of RM50 in a single transaction at participating outlet, and pay the balance RM5 in full.
    • Example: Customer can combine and use TWO (2) pieces of #LlamaTakJumpa RM15 e-vouchers and ONE (1) piece of Spooktacular RM10 e-voucher to offset RM40 value off total receipt amount of RM100 in a single transaction at participating outlet, and pay the balance RM60 in full.
  6. In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
  7. In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction exceeds the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, any amount remaining will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  8. Each e-voucher can only be used once.
  9. The e-voucher(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction at participating outlets only.
  10. Any unused e-voucher(s) remaining in the IPC App after validity will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  11. Any receipts used for the e-voucher redemption cannot be combined or re-used with other promotions.
  12. Application of IPC issued e-voucher(s) in conjunction with participating outlets’ ongoing promotion is subjected to approval by the outlet itself.
  13. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the e-voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
  14. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
