‘RAYA MERIAH MAX’ RAYA CAMPAIGN GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE AND DOUBLE TACK REWARDS REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Gift-with-purchase (GWP) redemption of Maifan Stone Cooking Pot, Meriah Raya Packets Set and/or RM5 Meriah e-vouchers as well as double Tack Rewards redemption of IPC merchandises can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 23 MAR 2023, and ending at 9:30pm on 1 MAY 2023. While stocks last.
  2. Shoppers can redeem ONE (1) unit of Maifan Stone Cooking Pot with a minimum purchase of RM1,000 (RM800 for Tack Club members) in a maximum combination of THREE (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The Maifan Stone Cooking Pots are not given in accumulation of every RM1,000 or RM800 spent.
    1. Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM2,500 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) unit of Maifan Stone Cooking Pot, ONE (1) unit of Raya Packet Set and TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Meriah Raya e-vouchers* only.
  3. Shoppers can redeem ONE (1) unit of Meriah Raya Packets Set with a minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The Meriah Raya Packets Sets are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    1. Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) unit of Meriah Raya Packets Set and TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Meriah e-vouchers* only.
  4. Tack Club members can redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Meriah e-vouchers with a minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM5 Meriah e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    1. Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) unit of Meriah Raya Packets Set and TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Meriah e-vouchers* only.
  5. *The RM5 Meriah e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 23 MAR – 1 MAY 2023 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  6. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  7. Tack Club members can redeem double [two (2) units] of the available IPC merchandises using their accumulated Tack Points on the IPC app (while stocks last). Refer to the table below for the required Tack Points in exchange for the IPC merchandises.

    1. Example: Member has 2,400 Tack Points in IPC app – Entitled to redeem two (2) units of either IPC foldable recycle bag or IPC collapsible lunch box set (must be of the same merchandise; mix of merchandises is not allowed).
  8. This Double Tack Rewards is limited to 20 redemptions for each category. While stocks last.
  9. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP(s) and/or reward(s) via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP(s) and/or reward(s) on behalf of others is not allowed.
  10. Redemption of GWP(s) and/or reward(s) are only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  11. Redeemed GWP(s) and/or reward(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
  12. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in GWP and/or reward redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  13. Shoppers are required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied GWP and/or reward redemption.
  14. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for GWP and/or reward redemption
  15. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for GWP and/or reward redemption.
  16. All purchase receipts are accepted for the GWP redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas or Träffas Work Pods (unless stated otherwise).
  17. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the GWP(s) and/or reward(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged GWP(s) and/or reward(s).
  18. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  19. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  20. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
