SNOW-MUCH-FUN 20VERSARY FEST (CHRISTMAS 2023) CAMPAIGN GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Gift-with-purchase (GWP) redemption of 20th Swedeversary Montigo Ace Bottle and/or RM5 Snow e-vouchers can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 23 NOV 2023, and ending at 9:30pm on 1 JAN 2024. While stocks last.
  2. Shoppers can redeem ONE (1) unit of 20th Swedeversary Montigo Ace Bottle with a minimum purchase of RM1,000 (RM800 for Tack Club members) in a maximum combination of THREE (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The Montigo Swede Anniversary Christmas Bottles are not given in accumulation of every RM1,000 or RM800 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM2,500 - Entitled to redeem ONE (1) unit of 20th Swedeversary Montigo Ace Bottle and TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Snow e-vouchers* only.
  3. Tack Club members can redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Snow e-vouchers with a minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM5 Snow e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 - Entitled to redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Snow e-vouchers* only.
  4. *The RM5 Snow e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 23 NOV 2023 – 1 JAN 2024 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  5. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  6. Redemption of GWPs are only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day. 
  7. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP(s) via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP(s) on behalf of others is not allowed. 
  8. Redeemed GWP(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
  9. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the GWP(s) redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers. 
  10. Shoppers are required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied GWP redemption. 
  11. Shoppers are required to present all receipts during the GWP redemption. Receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or free parking redemption will not be accepted for the GWP redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the GWP redemption. 
  12. Receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts to redeem the GWP(s); the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the GWP redemption. 
  13. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for GWP redemption. 
  14. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for GWP redemption.
  15. All purchase receipts are accepted for the GWP redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, service package purchase, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift / cash / shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas, IPC merchandise purchase, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  16. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the GWPs; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged GWPs.
  17. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  18. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  19. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
