Halloween Trick-or-Treat Walkabouts

• All timing and date of activities are correct at the time of printing.
• Halloween trick-or-treat walkabouts are exclusively for Små Club members to participate under the supervision of their parent or guardian and are limited to 50 participants per session on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Priority is given to Små Club members that RSVP (reserve) via the IPC App where 5 Tack Points will be deducted for each reservation.
• The meeting point is in the seating area of Funland, Level 2, where reserved slots can check in at the venue between 10 to 30 minutes before the start of each walkabout session. Failure to check in within the timeframe will result in reserved slots being offered to walk-ins.
• The event organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not follow the contest guidelines or behave inappropriately during the event.
• IPC Shopping Centre and its partners are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
• By participating, shoppers have granted IPC Shopping Centre the right to publish or display photographs and/or videos, which may be a part of, for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
• IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.

Halloween Costume Contest

• The IPC Costume Contest will take place at the Halloween Island on Level 2 (in front of Popular Bookstore) on 31 October 2024.
• Priority is given to Små Club, Tack Club, and Popular members that RSVP (reserve) via the IPC App where 5 Tack Points will be deducted for each reservation.
• The contest is open to participants in three age groups at different timing on 31 October 2024:
  • 5 – 12 years old: 2pm – 3pm
  • 13 – 19 years old: 3:30pm – 4:30pm
  • 20 years and above: 5pm – 6pm
• Each age group is limited to 15 participants per session.
• Participants can check in at the venue between 10 to 30 minutes before the start of each session. Failure to check in within the timeframe will result in reserved slots being offered to walk-ins.
• Prizes:
  • Grand Prize: 1 winner per age group will be awarded the title of “The Most Creative Costume” and will receive IPC e-vouchers worth RM250, Popular vouchers worth RM200 and one of the grand prizes below:

  • Special Prize: 1 special participant per age group will be awarded the title of “The Spooktacular Star” and will receive IPC e-vouchers worth RM250, Popular vouchers worth RM200, and consolation gifts worth RM30.
  • Consolation Prize: All other participants will receive consolation gifts worth RM30.
• Costumes must be appropriate for all ages and should not include offensive or hazardous elements.
• Participants aged 18 and below must be accompanied by a guardian.
• The event organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not follow the contest guidelines or behave inappropriately during the event.
