SPOOKTACULAR MAGIC TICKET HUNT REWARDS REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All rewards under the Spooktacular Magic Ticket Hunt campaign can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 1 October 2024, and ending at 9:30pm on 3 November 2024. While stocks last.

  2. Tack Club members can redeem one (1) piece of RM10 Magic e-vouchers with a minimum spending of RM200 in a maximum combination of two (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Magic e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.

    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 – Entitled to redeem one (1) piece of RM10 Magic e-voucher only.

  3. Tack Club members can redeem three (3) pieces of RM10 Magic e-vouchers with a minimum spend of RM500 in a maximum combination of three (3) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM10 Magic e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM500 spent.

    • Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM2,000 – Entitled to redeem three (3) pieces of RM10 Magic e-vouchers only.
  4. There will be a Pay Week Special double redemption of the RM10 Magic e-vouchers specifically from 27 October – 2 November 2024, following the same redemption requirements.
  5. There will be a Weekdays Special every Tuesday to Thursday (excluding public holiday) within the campaign period where Tack Club members can redeem one (1) complimentary Boost Juice Kids Cup voucher with a minimum spend of RM200 in a maximum combination of two (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. This offer can be claimed only once per day per member throughout the campaign period, while stocks last. The voucher is valid only at the Boost Juice outlet in IPC Shopping Centre and can be exchanged for one of the following: Watermelon Lychee Crush, Berry Crush, or Mango Lychee Crush, in Kids Cup size only.
  6. The RM10 Magic e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 1 October – 3 November 2024 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier.
  7. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.

  8. New members who register between 1 October – 3 November 2024 are eligible to receive the following rewards for free. This offer can be claimed only once per member throughout the campaign period, while stocks last.

    • Tack Club members: 600 Tack Points
    • Små Club members: One (1) ice cream voucher
  9. Små Club members can redeem one (1) complimentary Halloween-themed temporary tattoo piece at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 1 October – 3 November 2024. This offer can be claimed only once per member throughout the campaign period, while stocks last.
  10. The GWP redemption is only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  11. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club and/or Små membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the GWP or rewards via the IPC app. Redemption of GWP or rewards on behalf of others is not allowed.
  12. Redeemed GWP and rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
  13. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in the GWP or rewards redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  14. Shoppers may be required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied GWP or rewards redemption.
  15. Shoppers are required to present all receipts during the gift redemption. Receipts (with IPC stamp on the back) that were already used for Tack Points collection and/or e-voucher / rewards / free parking redemption will not be accepted in the subsequent attempts for the GWP or rewards redemption; the used receipts also cannot be reversed, cancelled or voided to be accepted for the gift redemption.
  16. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for the GWP redemption.
  17. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for GWP redemption.
  18. All purchase receipts are accepted for the GWP redemption EXCEPT handwritten receipts or receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift / cash / shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, Träffas Work Pods or EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  19. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the GWP or rewards; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged GWP or rewards.
  20. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  21. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence, and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  22. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
