SPOOKYNISTA FASHION FIESTA (HALLOWEEN) CAMPAIGN E-VOUCHERS AND FREEBIES REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Redemption of RM5 Spookynista e-vouchers can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 5 OCT 2023, and ending at 9:30pm on 5 NOV 2023. While stocks last.
  2. Tack Club members can redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Spookynista e-vouchers with a minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts centre-wide within the same day. The RM5 Spookynista e-vouchers are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    1. Example: Total receipt(s) amount is RM400 - Entitled to redeem TWO (2) pieces of RM5 Spookynista e-vouchers* only.
  3. *The RM5 Spookynista e-vouchers are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members and can be used in participating outlets from 5 OCT – 5 NOV 2023 or upon reaching claim limit of allocated amount, whichever is earlier. 
  4. Strictly no extension of the e-voucher expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  5. Redemption of e-vouchers are only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one (1) redemption per day.
  6. Små Club members are limited to only one (1) Halloween Sticker and Headgear Set redemption per day at the i-Counter, Level G. First-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
  7. NEW Små Club members are limited to only one (1) time redemption of FREE IKEA Ice Cream Voucher at the i-Counter, Level G when they register within this campaign period. First-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
  8. Shoppers must be physically present and show proof of their own Tack Club membership to a Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the e-vouchers and/or freebies via the IPC app. Redemption of e-vouchers and/or freebies on behalf of others is not allowed.
  9. Redeemed e-vouchers and/or freebies are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
  10. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in e-voucher and/or freebies redemption nor to redeem on behalf of customers.
  11. Shoppers are required to present their receipts along with the corresponding debit / credit / cash card that was used for the purchase(s) and/or show the item(s) purchased to our Customer Service Officer at the i-Counter, Level G as part of verification process. Failure to present the required proof(s) may lead to unsuccessful or denied e-voucher redemption.
  12. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for e-voucher redemption.
  13. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for e-voucher redemption.
  14. All purchase receipts are accepted for the e-voucher redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or shopping voucher purchase, and receipts from promotion areas or Träffas Work Pods (unless stated otherwise).
  15. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage to the e-vouchers and/or freebies; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-vouchers and/or freebies.
  16. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder(s).
  17. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-voucher(s) may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  18. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
