TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR LOYALTY MONTH LUCKY DRAW BONANZA

The Loyalty Month Lucky Draw Bonanza (“contest”) is organised by IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”) and is open only to Tack Club members (“Contestants”) to participate from 21 April to 1 June 2025. Five (5) lucky winners (“winners”) will be randomly selected each week and announcements will be made on subsequent Mondays at IPC’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

  1. Contestants are eligible to redeem lucky draw tickets at the i-Counter, Level G between 10am to 9:30pm, based on the same-day spending amount and number of receipts at any outlet in IPC Shopping Centre, including IKEA Damansara. The ticket entitlement is as follows:

  2. Redemption of lucky draw tickets is limited to transactions made on the same day, with a maximum of two (2) redemptions per contestant per day.
  3. Contestants must redeem lucky draw tickets in person by presenting their receipts at the i-Counter, Level G. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
  4. As part of the verification process, contestants may be required to present their receipts, the payment card used, and/or the purchased items. Failure to provide these may result in denied redemption.
  5. Receipts already used for Tack Points collection, e-vouchers, rewards, or free parking redemption (with IPC stamp on the back) are ineligible for further redemption of lucky draw tickets. These receipts cannot be reversed or voided to qualify.
  6. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Market Hall, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market) are accepted for redemption.
  7. Original receipts must be presented, clearly showing the printed transaction amount, date, and outlet name for the redemption.
  8. All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT handwritten receipts, receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, beauty and wellness service redemption, Touch ‘n Go card reload, gift card or gift/cash/shopping voucher purchases, deposits for goods/services, and receipts from promotion areas, push carts, IPC merchandise purchase, BYD, Träffas Work Pods, and EV charging stations (unless stated otherwise).
  9. IPC tenant staff are not permitted to participate in this contest or redeem prizes.
  10. Five (5) prizes will be awarded weekly throughout the contest period.

  11. Prizes are pre-determined based on the winning number drawn, and winners are not allowed to choose their prizes.
  12. Five (5) winning ticket serial numbers will be randomly chosen and announced on IPC’s Facebook and Instagram pages each Monday during the contest period.
  13. Each Monday, the draw box will be emptied of the previous week’s entries after winners are announced, ensuring no entries carry over to the following week.
  14. Winners will have one (1) month from the announcement date to collect their prizes; no extensions will be given. Winners are responsible for tracking their prize collection timeframe and will not be notified of the remaining timeframe.
  15. Winners who do not collect their prizes within the timeframe, or choose not to accept them, forfeit all rights to the prizes, and IPC may repurpose the unclaimed prizes at its discretion.
  16. Prizes must be claimed in person by the winners at the i-Counter, Level G; IPC does not offer delivery or courier services for the prizes.
  17. To claim prizes, winners must present the original winning lucky draw ticket with the matching serial number for verification at i-Counter, Level G.
  18. Only original physical lucky draw tickets with legible serial numbers will be accepted for prize collection; no digital or photocopied tickets are allowed. Failure to present the original ticket with a matching serial number will result in denied prize collection.
  19. Redeemed prizes are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
  20. IPC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged prizes; replacements will not be issued.
  21. IPC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value at its without prior notice.
  22. IPC reserves the right to use photographs or videos of winners for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes on its website and social media channels.
  23. IPC assumes no responsible for any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in this contest.
  24. IPC reserves the rights to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TACK INSTANT TREATS (F&B DEALS)

The Tack Instant Treats initiative (“Program”) is organised by IPC Shopping Centre (“IPC”) and offers Tack Club members to redeem free F&B treats at participating outlets using Tack Points. This Program runs from 21 April to 1 June 2025 and is available only while stocks last.

Redemption of Free Treats (e-vouchers):

  1. Tack Club members can browse and redeem one (1) free treat from each participating outlet, limited to one (1) redemption per outlet throughout the campaign period, via the Rewards tab on the IPC App. Once selected, the reward will be stored under the My Rewards section as an e-voucher.
  2. Redemption is available on the IPC App from 10am to 9pm, including public holidays, and each e-voucher must be used on the same day as redemption.
  3. Redemption is made exclusively through Tack Points, with no additional payment required.
  4. Free treat e-vouchers are available while stocks last.
  5. All redeemed free treat e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other e-vouchers, or alternate menu items.
  6. IPC tenant staff are strictly prohibited from redeeming the free treat e-vouchers and may not redeem on behalf of any customers.

Utilisation of Free Treat (e-vouchers):

  1. Each e-voucher is limited to one-time use and is valid only for its corresponding free treat. It must be presented at the point of order or payment at participating outlets.
  2. Free treats must be claimed and used at the respective outlet on the same day of redemption. Unused e-vouchers will expire by midnight on the day of redemption and cannot be refunded, replaced, or extended.
  3. Utilisation is available daily from 10am to 9pm, including public holidays. However, utilisation at Manjoe Taiwanese Dumplings is valid for dine-in only and NOT usable between 12pm to 1:30pm daily.
  4. No additional purchase or minimum spend is required to claim the free treat. However, members are encouraged to verify free treat details and menu availability with outlet staff prior to placing an order.
  5. Free treats are valid for dine-in and takeaway only, with the exception of Manjoe Taiwanese Dumplings which is strictly valid for dine-in only. Pick-up via delivery platforms or third-party services is not allowed.
  6. Any applicable takeaway container charges, service charges, or taxes must be borne by the member.
  7. Only original free treat e-vouchers from the IPC App will be accepted at the participating outlets. Screenshots or copied codes will not be considered valid.
  8. Members may combine multiple IPC-issued e-vouchers that are active in their account within a single transaction (e.g., a RM10 Birthday e-voucher and a free treat e-voucher), provided they are placing additional orders. However, e-vouchers cannot be combined across different member accounts.

Limitations & Liability:

  1. IPC will not replace any lost, damaged, stolen, or accidental use of e-vouchers.
  2. IPC disclaims all liability for any claims, losses, or expenses arising from transactions between the e-voucher holder and the participating outlet.
  3. Any misuse, tampering, or forgery of e-vouchers may constitute a criminal offense, and the offender will be subjected to legal action and prosecution.
  4. IPC reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
