TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ‘IPC FASHION CHIC PERKS’ PROMOTION

  1. The ‘IPC Fashion Chic Perks’ is exclusively for Tack Club members to redeem from 22 November 2024 to 6 April 2025, while stocks last.
  2. Members are eligible to redeem the following complimentary items at the i-Counter, Level G with a minimum purchase of RM300 in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any fashion outlets within IPC Shopping Centre.
    • One (1) personalised tote bag (choice of black or cream colour) with custom text of up to 12 characters, including spaces.
    • One (1) complimentary IKEA soy ice-cream voucher.
  3. Personalised tote bag and IKEA soy ice-cream are not given for every RM300 spent (e.g., a RM1,000 receipt qualifies for one (1) personalised tote bag and one (1) IKEA soy ice-cream voucher only).
  4. Redemption of the complimentary items is limited to transactions made on the same day, with a maximum of one (1) redemption per member per day.
  5. Once orders for the personalised tote bags are placed, no changes or modifications will be accepted, and all orders are considered final. The personalised tote bags must be collected in person at the i-Counter, Level G, within fourteen (14) days from redemption. No reminders for collection will be provided, and there is no option nor requirement for IPC Shopping Centre to post / courier / deliver items to members.
  6. Please note that the collection period for the personalized tote bag is strictly within three (3) months from the date of redemption. Items not collected within this period will be forfeited.
  7. Members must redeem the complimentary items in person by presenting their receipts at the i-Counter, Level G. Redemption on behalf of others is not allowed.
  8. As part of the verification process, members may be required to present their receipts, the payment card used, and/or the purchased items. Failure to provide these may result in denied redemption.
  9. Receipts already used for Tack Points collection, e-vouchers, rewards, or free parking redemption (with IPC stamp on the back) are ineligible for further redemption of complimentary items. These receipts cannot be reversed or voided to qualify.
  10. Only receipts from fashion retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre Shopping Centre: 30 Degree, Brand Outlets, Cotton On, Crocs, H&M, LC Waikiki, Original Classic, Padini Concept Store, Skechers Concept Store & Outlets, and Tudung People, are accepted for redemption.
  11. Original receipts must be presented, clearly showing the printed transaction amount, date, and outlet name for the redemption.
  12. All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT handwritten receipts, gift card or gift/cash/shopping voucher purchases, promotion areas, and push carts (unless stated otherwise).
  13. Tenant staff of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in this redemption or to redeem on behalf of customers.
  14. Redeemed items are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Items must be accepted as awarded.
  15. IPC Shopping Centre assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items; replacements will not be issued.
  16. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute any items with another of equal value at its without prior notice.
  17. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to use photographs or videos of members for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes on its website and social media channels.
  18. IPC Shopping Centre assumes no responsible for any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in this promotion.
  19. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the rights to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
