Midsummer Treats Campaign

1. Redemption of the Midsummer F&B e-voucher, Midsummer Reward e-voucher, and exclusive gift for UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can be made daily at the i-Counter, Level G starting from 10:00am on 1 July 2020, and ending at 9:30pm on 31 July 2020. While stocks last.
2. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
3. Only original Raya Shopping e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment.
4. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
5. Midsummer F&B e-voucher and Midsummer Reward e-voucher are only redeemable by registered Tack Club members via the IPC App which can be downloaded on the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
6. Midsummer F&B E-voucher Redemption:
   • (i) Redeem ONE (1) Midsummer F&B e-voucher with minimum purchase of RM30 in a single receipt within the same day.
7. Midsummer F&B e-voucher is not given in accumulation of every RM30 spent.
   • Example (1) : Total amount spent in 1 receipt is RM80 - Entitled to redeem only ONE (1) Midsummer F&B e-voucher*.
   • Example (2) : Total amount spent in 1 receipt is RM200 - Entitled to redeem only ONE (1) Midsummer F&B e-voucher*.
8. Midsummer Reward E-voucher Redemption:
   • (i) Redeem ONE (1) Midsummer Reward e-voucher with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts within the same day during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays.
   • (ii)Redeem TWO (2) Midsummer Reward e-vouchers with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts within the same day during weekdays only (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
9. UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can redeem additional ONE (1) exclusive gift on top of Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) with minimum purchase of RM200 in a maximum combination of TWO (2) receipts within the same day. While stocks last.
10. Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) and/or gift for UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder are not given in accumulation of every RM200 spent.
    • Example (1) : Total amount spent in 2 receipts is RM350.00 - Entitled to redeem only ONE (1) Midsummer Reward e-voucher* & One (1) Midsummer F&B e-voucher. [UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can redeem additional ONE (1) gift only].
    • Example (2) : Total amount spent in 2 receipts is RM600.00 - Entitled to redeem only ONE (1) Midsummer Reward e-voucher* & One (1) Midsummer F&B e-voucher. [UOB Debit/Credit Cardholder can redeem additional ONE (1) gift only].
    • *Refer to 7 (i) and 7 (ii) for the maximum allowed number of Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) redemption depending on the day of the week.
11. Redemption of e-voucher(s) and gift are only valid for transaction(s) within the same day, and shoppers are limited to one redemption per day.
12. IPC Tack Club member must show proof of membership to a Customer Service representative at the i-Counter, Level G for successful redemption of Midsummer F&B e-voucher(s) and Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) via the IPC App.
13. UOB Debit/Credit Cardholders must spend using UOB debit or credit card centre-wide and present the original receipt(s) with the UOB card used to a Customer Service representative at the i- Counter, Level G to successfully redeem the gift. We accept UOB debit or credit cards issued in Malaysia only.
14. Redeemed Midsummer F&B e-voucher(s) and Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) and gift for UOB Debit/Credit Cardholders are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
15. Tenants and staffs of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in redemption.
16. Redeemed Raya Shopping e-vouchers and IPC exclusive gift for UOB Debit/Credit Cardholders are not non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other item in part or full, and must be accepted as offered.
17. Tenants and staffs of IPC Shopping Centre are not allowed to participate in redemption.
18. All purchase receipts are accepted for the redemption EXCEPT receipts for money changing, utility bills, banking transactions, and receipts from promotion areas (unless stated otherwise).
19. Only receipts from retail outlets located in IPC Shopping Centre and IKEA Damansara (including IKEA Restaurant, Café, Swedish Food Market and Bistro) are accepted for redemption.
20. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and outlet name will be accepted for redemption.
21. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the lost or damage to the e- voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
22. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
23. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder.
24. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-vouchers may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.

How to use e-vouchers at participating tenants

1. Utilisation of Midsummer F&B e-vouchers at participating F&B outlets is valid from 1 July to 31 August 2020 , during weekdays only(Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Utilisation of Midsummer Reward e-vouchers at participating non-F&B outlets is valid daily from 1 July to 31 August 2020.
3. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
4. Only original Midsummer F&B e-voucher(s) and Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment at participating outlets.
5. Both Midsummer F&B e-voucher and Midsummer Reward e-voucher are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction at participating outlets only.
6. In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
7. Any unused e-voucher(s) remaining in the IPC App after validity will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
8. Utilisation of more than ONE (1) Midsummer F&B e-voucher or Midsummer Reward e- voucher in a single transaction is accepted at participating outlets.
9. Each Midsummer F&B e-voucher or Midsummer Reward e-voucher can only be used once.
10. Utilisation of Midsummer F&B e-voucher(s) or Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) in combination with Raya Shopping e-voucher(s) in a single transaction is accepted at participating outlets within valid campaign duration.
    • Example (1) : Customer can use TWO (2) RM5 Midsummer F&B e-vouchers & ONE (1) RM10 Raya Shopping e-voucher to offset RM20 value off total receipt amount of RM35 in a single transaction at participating F&B outlet.
    • Example (2) : Customer can use ONE (1) RM10 Midsummer Reward e-voucher & FOUR (4) RM10 Raya Shopping e-vouchers to offset RM50 value off total receipt amount of RM180 in a single transaction at participating non-F&B outlet.
11. Application of Midsummer F&B e-voucher(s) or Midsummer Reward e-voucher(s) in conjunction with participating outlets’ ongoing promotion is subjected to approval by the outlet itself.
12. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible in any way for the lost or damage to the e- voucher(s); no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
13. IPC Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at anytime without notice.
14. IPC Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder.
